How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. Large events will need more time. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

How do I book my event?

Start by submitting an inquiry with your event details. From there, you’ll complete a quick design survey, and we’ll create a custom plan for your event. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

When is the final payment due?

The remaining balance is due prior to your event date. Full payment must be received within 72 hours before set up.

Do you travel?

Yes! We service a wide surrounding area. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our location. A 10-mile radius surrounding City of Medina is included in the price.

Do you offer grab-and-go options?

Yes! Grab-and-go balloon garlands are available for easy pickup and are perfect for smaller celebrations or DIY setups.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover initial planning and supplies. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

What types of events do you decorate?

We provide décor for a variety of events including birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, school events, corporate events, gender reveals, and more.

How long does setup take?

Setup time varies depending on the size and complexity of your design. Most installations take between 1–3 hours.

What happens if I need to make changes to my order?

We’re happy to make adjustments when possible! Changes must be made within a reasonable time frame before your event and may be subject to additional costs.

Can I customize my design?

Absolutely. Every event is customized to fit your theme, colors, and vision. We work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.

Do you provide teardown services?

Teardown is available upon request for an additional fee. If teardown is not scheduled, décor is the client’s responsibility after the event.
